  5. The action of sending any hits from any urls which contain and or promote the following content programs or linking practices (child pornography, beastialty, warez, and spam e-mails.) will result in the immediate cancellation of the partnership account and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that partnership account.
  6. Sign-ups are registered by CCBill, tampering will lead to termination, loss of all funds, and possibly prosecution or civil litigation.
  7. Men Wearing Panties Club will not be held responsible for any loss due to downtimes resulting from complications from hosting equipment or technical errors.
  8. You must notify us before or upon termination of changes of any information established in the account agreement.
