Title: Love To Shop For Lingerie
I love to go shopping for lingerie. I always tell the clerks that I'm shopping for me. When I shop at Wal-Mart,Meijer's,etc., I just go get what I want. Once I had 2 young girls working the checkout when I purchased a red thong. The girl ringing the register laughed when she saw what I was buying. The other girl giggled when she gave me the bag. I should have just told them, "Yes, they are for me." A few experiences. When I shop at the lingerie stores, I act like I don't know what size I need. I will act somewhat nervous(not much acting really) and when a clerk asks if I need help, I'll tell them I don't know what size. At one VS the clerk was very happy to help pick out an outfit. She showed me bras, panties, and even nighties. At a different VS a clerk offered to let me try on the panties. That was fantastic. At a specialty shop I went to, the clerk was very helpful with sizes and offered to let me try on. Once at Frederick's of Hollywood, I saw another guy looking at panties. I think he was buying for himself. I should have asked him. When I went to the counter to buy my panties, I asked the girl if she thought they would fit me. She said, "What?!" I thought she was going to make a big deal out of it. She told me she didn't hear what I said and then after asking what size pants I wear she told me they would fit. All in all I have had very positive shopping experiences. No one has asked me to model for them nor offered to help me in the dressing room. Next time I go to VS, I want to ask to be fitted for a bra. Happy shopping to you all.
