Title: Panty Sleeve

Take a large towel and lay it out long ways then fold it in half so you have double thickness with half the width but the same length as before.
Have the folded edge facing you at all times.

Get a pair of your favourite panties that you love to rub on yourself, full briefs work the best.

Lay them front down on the right hand lower corner of the towel with the crotch over the towel edge facing you and the right hand side of the panties over the right hand edge of the towel.
